Jeffrey Paul is the President of ITS, with 23 years of experience at Hughes Aircraft Company and Raytheon prior to starting ITS. The business was originally started in 1997 under the name of Innovative Technology, but then changed to Innovative Technical Systems, Inc. in 2006 when it was incorporated.
